Event Safety Requirements

All events facilitated through Vibal must adhere to the following safety requirements:

Respecting Event Spaces & Communities

Respect Hosts & Property Owners

Be transparent with property owners or venue operators about the nature, size, and purpose of your event. Surprise, unauthorized, or misleading event use is not aligned with the Vibal community.

Respect Neighborhoods & Local Communities

Be mindful of neighbors, public spaces, and shared environments. Consider noise levels, event timing, parking limitations, and local expectations.

Respect Capacity & Safety

Adhere to stated capacity limits and basic safety considerations. Overcrowding creates risks for attendees and hosts alike.

Leave Spaces Better Than You Found Them

Take responsibility for cleanup, care for the space, and professionalism before, during, and after events.

Good-Faith Use of the Platform

Vibal is built on trust and real-world accountability. Events should be hosted with integrity, honesty, and respect for all parties involved.

Reporting Violations

What to Include in a Report

Non-Retaliation Policy: Vibal prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports violations in good faith. All reports are treated confidentially to the extent possible.

Enforcement & Consequences

Vibal reserves the right to take immediate action without warning in cases involving safety risks, illegal activity, or egregious violations.

Updates to Guidelines

These Community Safety Guidelines may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email and in-platform notifications. Continued use of Vibal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
