Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 30, 2026
Vibal is a marketplace and software platform for real-world brand activations, events, sponsorships, and related services. Vibal is designed to support marketplace payments through supported third-party payment providers, including PayPal Commerce Platform / Multiparty where available and approved.
Refund and cancellation responsibility depends on the seller of record for the transaction. The seller of record may be Vibal for Vibal-owned platform or service transactions, or a host, creator, vendor, venue, or event organizer for marketplace transactions.
1. Refund Responsibility Overview
Refund eligibility, customer support, fulfillment, and transaction-related obligations follow the seller of record. Vibal is the seller of record only for explicitly Vibal-owned transactions, such as Vibal platform fees, software fees, administrative fees, listing fees, or Vibal-owned services or events. For all other transactions, the host, creator, vendor, venue, or event organizer is the seller of record.
2. Marketplace Transactions
For marketplace transactions where a host, creator, vendor, venue, or event organizer is the seller of record, that seller is responsible for refund eligibility, customer support, fulfillment, and transaction-related obligations, subject to the applicable activation agreement, event terms, and payment provider policies.
For marketplace payments processed through a supported connected-seller payment flow, funds are processed by the third-party payment provider and routed to the connected seller account. Vibal does not hold or release such funds and does not act as escrow, bank, money transmitter, or payment custodian.
Vibal may assist by providing records, communication tools, payment status visibility, and support routing inside the Activation Workspace.
3. Vibal Merchant-of-Record Transactions
For transactions where Vibal is explicitly identified as the seller or merchant of record, refund requests may be submitted to help@getvibal.io. Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether work has begun, whether services have been delivered, and the terms of the applicable agreement.
4. Cancellations & Material Changes
If an activation or event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the seller of record, the applicable agreement, payment provider policies, completed services, and any non-refundable costs.
5. Payment Provider Processing
Vibal does not act as an escrow service, bank, money transmitter, or payment custodian, and does not release milestone payments. Payment disputes, chargebacks, and refund processing are governed by the applicable payment provider's policies and the agreement between the participating parties. When a refund is approved, processing timing may depend on the payment provider, the card network, and the buyer's bank.
6. How to Request Help
For questions about a payment or refund, contact Vibal support with the event or activation name, transaction date, payment confirmation, and a short description of the issue. Vibal may help coordinate review of the issue and route it to the appropriate seller of record.
