Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activations Policy

1. General Requirements
- Activations must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Participants must hold all required permits, licenses, insurance, and age-verification controls for their activation.
- Activations must not violate the acceptable use policies of any payment provider used to process the transaction, including PayPal.
- Participants must be truthful about the nature, contents, audience, and location of their activation.
2. Prohibited Activation Categories
The following categories are prohibited on Vibal. Activations, products, services, sponsorships, or payment flows in any of the following categories are not permitted, regardless of the seller of record:
Regulated Substances
- Sale, service, or promotion of alcohol to minors, or without required permits, licenses, or age verification.
- Cannabis, THC, CBD, kratom, psychedelics, or other controlled or restricted substances, including derivatives, edibles, tinctures, and paraphernalia, where restricted by law or payment provider policy.
- Tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, vaping products, e-liquids, nicotine pouches, or related paraphernalia.
- Prescription medications, pharmaceuticals, or drug samples.
Weapons & Dangerous Goods
- Firearms, ammunition, gun parts, silencers, or firearm accessories.
- Knives designed as weapons, tasers, stun guns, brass knuckles, or similar items.
- Explosives, fireworks, flares, or hazardous, flammable, or radioactive materials.
Adult & Sexually Explicit
- Adult entertainment, sexually explicit content, services, performances, or products.
- Escort, companionship, or any activation that could reasonably be construed as sexual services.
Gambling & Games of Chance
- Gambling, betting, wagering, casino-style activations, poker, or sports book activations.
- Raffles, sweepstakes, contests, prize draws, or fantasy sports without full compliance with applicable law and required registrations.
Counterfeit & Infringing Goods
- Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded merchandise.
- Goods, media, or services that infringe intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights.
- Stolen goods or goods of unclear provenance.
Regulated Health, Medical & Supplement Claims
- Medical devices, diagnostic tools, or therapeutic services requiring licensure.
- Supplements, nootropics, weight-loss products, or wellness products making disease, cure, or unverified therapeutic claims.
- Injectables, IV therapy, aesthetic medical services, or similar activations without required licensure.
Financial, Investment & Crypto
- Investment offerings, securities, lending, credit, debt collection, or crowdfunding of financial products where restricted.
- Insurance products, warranties, or extended service contracts where restricted.
- Cryptocurrency sales, token launches, NFT primary offerings, staking, mining hardware, or crypto ATMs where restricted.
- Money transmission, currency exchange, gift-card resale, or stored-value activations.
Political, Election & Advocacy Payments
- Political fundraising, campaign contributions, or election-related payments where restricted by law or payment provider policy.
- Activations designed primarily to influence elections, ballot measures, or lobbying outcomes where restricted.
Illegal or Harmful
- Any illegal good or service, or any activation that facilitates illegal conduct.
- Human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation.
- Hate speech, incitement, terrorism financing, or violent extremism.
- Live animals, animal parts, or activations that involve animal cruelty.
- Any activity prohibited by PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy, any other payment provider used, or applicable law.
3. Restricted Categories (Subject to Review)
The following categories are permitted only with Vibal review, appropriate documentation, and compliance controls. Vibal may require permits, insurance, age verification, disclosures, or additional agreements before allowing an activation in these categories to proceed:
- On-premise alcohol service by a licensed vendor at a permitted venue.
- High-attendance events with elevated safety, crowd, or security requirements.
- Activations involving minors as attendees, participants, or featured talent.
- Wellness, fitness, and lifestyle activations with health-adjacent programming.
- Charitable, non-profit, or cause-related fundraising activations.
- Food service activations requiring health-department permits.
- Ticketed activations in categories that vary by jurisdiction.
4. Content, Data & Attendee Protections
- Participants must handle attendee data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Vibal's Privacy Policy.
- Sponsored content and creator deliverables must comply with FTC disclosure requirements and platform-specific disclosure rules.
- Participants must obtain necessary consents to feature individuals in photography, video, or marketing content.
- Participants must not use Vibal to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or misleading communications.
5. Enforcement
Vibal may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, take any of the following actions in response to a suspected or confirmed violation of this Policy:
- Block, pause, remove, or unpublish an activation, listing, or workspace.
- Route an activation for manual review before publication, checkout, or payment.
- Disable checkout, ticket sales, sponsorship acceptance, or other payment surfaces for a specific activation or account.
- Suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, including forfeiture of platform access.
- Reverse, refuse to process, or cooperate with the reversal of a transaction where the payment provider's rules permit.
- Report the activity to the applicable payment provider, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities.

7. Updates
Vibal may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of Vibal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
